What is included

Prepared for 100 jobs, 300 labor entries, and 300 expense entries.
The Pricing calculator estimates a selling price from your hours, hourly cost, job expenses, overhead allowance, payment-fee rate, and target margin.
The included examples and service dropdown categories use cleaning jobs. Other service businesses can select “Other” and use the same job, labor, expense, and pricing workflow.
Before you buy
Designed and tested in Microsoft 365 Excel for the web. An Excel account or license is separate. Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and older Excel versions have not been tested. This is a digital download; no physical item is shipped.
Enter and review job records manually. Job results include only recorded costs, including any owner time you enter. Unallocated overhead and taxes are excluded. Charges are not payments received. The workbook does not create invoices, send quotes, process payroll, or collect payments. The Pricing calculator is separate from the job records.
One-business license & downloads
Your purchase covers internal use by one business and its employees. Edit the workbook and make internal working copies and backups. Another business needs its own purchase. No resale, redistribution, public uploads, or sharing the reusable workbook outside the licensed business.
Includes up to 3 downloads per purchased toolkit. You can continue using the saved workbook after reaching the download limit. For help with another download, email tribulatinawear@yahoo.com with your order number.
