Digital Toolkit License — One Business
Effective September 27, 2026. These terms apply to digital toolkits purchased from Tribu Business Tools through this store.
Who can use this toolkit
Each purchase grants a non-exclusive license to one business, including a sole proprietor, and its employees for that business's internal operations. A separate business needs its own purchase, including a separately operated client business.
Permitted use
You may edit the workbook and make internal working copies and backups for the licensed business. Employees may use it on that business's devices. You may share reports, PDFs, or screenshots produced from your own business data, provided you do not distribute the reusable workbook or template.
Sharing and resale
You may not sell, sublicense, give away, publish, or distribute the workbook or a reusable version of it to another business or the public. This includes modified copies, bundles, shared download links, and public file uploads. Keep these license terms with internal copies.
Your business data
Your entered business data remains yours. This license does not give Tribu Business Tools ownership of that data.
Downloads and help
Each purchased toolkit includes up to 3 downloads from its order delivery link. This limit does not restrict opening the downloaded workbook or making permitted internal working copies and backups. If you lose access or need another download for a genuine technical issue, email tribulatinawear@yahoo.com with your order number.
For purchased digital toolkits, this license expressly permits the internal business use described above and takes precedence over any general personal-use or non-commercial-use restriction in the store’s general Terms of Service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
